Thematic Unit: Ocean Animals

In my field observation class my students are learning about ocean animals. They had a great time decorating the walls with an ocean mural. Each student in the class was assigned an ocean animal and then required to research their animals and write down facts about their animals, including where they live. This activity was a great way to incorporate Science and Social Studies with Language Arts.
