Cabin Days!

Cabin days is such a great experience for all ages. This small field trip can help give students an insight to what life was like during that time period. This activity can bring about questions such as: How did people survive without technology? How did they prepare their food? Where did they sleep? How did they survive without indoor plumbing? etc. They can also experience different occupations that were present during this time period. This hands-on activity would be great for students. It would also give the student the opportunity to relate and compare their lives to what it might be like during those times.
